Has Earth's Movement been proven?

Right now, according to NASA, you are moving 38 times faster than a speeding bullet

Many people that believe in the ‘spinning ball earth’ model claim that science has proven the earth’s movement. They claim the scientific method was used. Well, nothing could be further from the truth.

What scientific experiment did they use? The Foucault Pendulum? Go ahead and study the equations and supposed science that calculates earth speed at the below mentioned figures:

Earth spins at roughly 1,037 MPH

Earth flies through space at roughly 66,627 MPH

Earth’s solar system is traveling at 448,000 MPH, roughly

Earth’s galaxy is traveling at around 1,300,000 MPH

Not one person has ever proven, using the scientific method, that the earth is moving at these speeds or at all. They have invented a magic key call ‘gravity’ to explain a lie for a lie. I will get into gravity in a future article.

Neil Degrasse Tyson, the actor turned self proclaimed science expert, claimed that the movement of the earth played a factor in a game winning field goal attempt in an NFL football game. I encourage you to watch any one of the videos attached to this article that completely disprove this.

There is so much real science that disproves the movement of the earth and no amount of fake science can prove that it is. I do encourage you to research this, but in this article, I would like to use scripture and two instruments that God gave us…our eyes.

I was sitting outside one day on a calm sunny, summer day.  The clouds were barely moving, the trees lie still, and a pond in front of me was glassy calm without a ripple at all.  I thought back to my grade school science book that said the earth is spinning at over 1,000 mph.  Yet, I don’t see, feel, or observe any movement.  The trees are still, the pond motionless, and the clouds just float in the sky.  The reason for my inability to feel any movement is because the earth is at a constant motion just like if I was in a car traveling at a constant speed.  That’s what so called scientists tell me anyway. 

But, what if this car was suddenly yanked in a different direction.  Then, I would certainly feel movement, right?  Well, the earth is not moving at a single, constant motion.  It is flying through space at over 66,000 mph according to modern science.  That’s roughly 40 times faster than a speeding bullet.  Yet, the trees lie still, not a ripple in the pond, and the clouds left unaffected.  Humans cannot even fathom traveling at these speeds and yet, we feel no motion at all. 

So, the earth is moving in two distinct directions at ridiculous speeds that we cannot observe.  But, that’s not all.  The earth is supposedly chasing a sun that is traveling at around 500,000 mph in a third direction.  Not only that, the earth orbits the sun in an elliptical pattern that slows and accelerates at different times.  We feel none of this of course. 

The only thing that would make this more ridiculous is if I invented the claim that the earth was moving in a fourth direction as part of a solar system traveling at 1.2 million mph, roughly. 

Oh wait!  NASA already did.  Look outside at the trees, the ponds, the grass, the stars and the clouds.  You really believe we are moving at these speeds but just can’t feel it?  Perhaps we cannot observe this motion because there is no motion to observe. 

The adversary wants us to feel insignificant and that God is far away or does not exist. This enables governments of the world to write the rules and determine our significance. In case you have not noticed, they don’t think we are very significant. Useless eaters I think they call us.

Would people be more inclined to seek God knowing the world is a spinning globe flying through the expanse of space or if they know God’s throne was just above the blue in the heavens.

Heck, according to the ‘spinning ball earth’ theory we can’t even say that heaven is up. This is because we are spinning and corkscrewing so that up is down, and down is up depending on the cycle of movement.

Imagine if the following scriptural account took place in a heliocentric system where everything flies around the sun:

v12—It was then that Joshua spoke to Yahweh, on the day Yahweh routed the Amorite before the sons of Israel, and he missed before the eyes of Israel:

Sun, stand still over Gibeon,

And moon, over the vale of Aijalon!

v13—So the sun stood still, and the moon, it stayed, until the nation had avenged itself on its enemies.

Is it not written in the Scroll of the Upright? The sun stayed in midheaven, and did not rush to set for about one robust day.

If the sun truly stood still, then the entire universe would have been thrown into chaos and destruction. Now of course, God could do anything in any type of system. Also, people will try to explain away this event from scripture. However, it is pretty easily explained in a geocentric system.

There are many verses but I’m just going to talk about two in the book of Isaiah. In Isaiah 66:1, God describes the earth as a footstool. Now, this is a metaphor but since when does a metaphor have nothing to do with the object it is describing.

For example, I wouldn’t describe a fast human runner as being ‘fast as a turtle.’ No, I’d say he’s as fast as a gazelle. A simile I know, but you get my point. Why would God say the earth is His footstool when a chief characteristic of a footstool is that its flat and shouldn’t be moved? Why would a footstool represent the opposite in the metaphor? Would anyone use a lightning fast moving sphere as a footstool?

Here is Isaiah 40:22. Tell me if this describes our universe as popular science does:

It is He Who sits over the circle of the earth, So that its dwellers are like grasshoppers, Who is stretching out the heavens like thinnest gauze And is billowing them out like a tent to dwell in.
